Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Nmail. By signing in to or using Nmail, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The Service
Nmail is a personal internet monitoring service. You describe topics you want to follow, choose a schedule, and Nmail uses AI systems to generate recurring email digests.
Free Beta Service
Nmail is currently offered as a free service. We may change, limit, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also add paid plans, ads, or other monetization later.
AI-Generated Information
Nmail emails are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, hallucinations, outdated information, missing context, or incorrect summaries. Nmail is not a source of truth. You are responsible for checking important details against original sources before relying on them.
Nmail does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the digest topics and instructions you create. You agree not to use Nmail to violate laws, harass people, generate spam, infringe rights, monitor private information without permission, attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, or submit harmful, deceptive, or abusive requests.
Email Digests and Unsubscribing
By creating a digest, you ask Nmail to send recurring emails to the email address on your account. You can stop using Nmail from the app by choosing Leave Nmail, or from a digest email by using the unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your account and saved digest data.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in methods secure. We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, risky, or harmful to the service.
Third-Party Services
Nmail depends on third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, and AI generation. Nmail is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or data handling by third-party services except as required by applicable law.
No Warranty
Nmail is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nmail and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed information, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Nmail after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
